1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TickTrack website and waitlist.
By using this website and submitting your information, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
TickTrack is currently in pre-launch and does not yet provide a live product.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the website and join the waitlist. If you are under 16, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
3. Waitlist
By joining the waitlist:
- You acknowledge that joining does not guarantee access to TickTrack
- Access to the product (when launched) may be limited, delayed, or not provided
- We may modify or discontinue the waitlist at any time without notice
4. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website
- Use automated systems or bots to submit signups
- Misrepresent your identity or information
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including branding, design, text, and graphics, belongs to TickTrack and may not be used without permission.
6. No Warranty
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickTrack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the waitlist.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where that Act applies.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the waitlist or website at any time, without notice, for any reason — including breach of these Terms or misuse of the referral system.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will post a notice on the website or notify you by email. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Disputes
If you have a concern, contact us first — we'll try to resolve it informally.
If we can't resolve it, these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes will be heard in the courts of New Zealand.
